Return Policy

At Mathrubhumi Books, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, returns will be accepted only after obtaining prior authorization from the Seller.

  • No return request will be entertained unless expressly approved by us.
  • Any product returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

    Your request should include:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name and Details
  • Reason for Return
  • Supporting photographs or information, if applicable

    • Upon reviewing your request, we will inform you whether the return has been approved and
    provide further instructions, if applicable.
    Mathrubhumi Books reserves the right to approve or reject any return request at its sole
    discretion.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are processed only for products that have been approved for return in accordance with our Return Policy.
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.
    Please note the following:

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received, verified, and
    approved by the Seller.
  • Shipping, handling, and delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the refund is
    due to an error on our part or the receipt of a defective or damaged product.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days, subject to the
    policies and processing timelines of banks and payment service providers.
  • Refund requests may be rejected if the return has not been authorized or if the returned
    product does not comply with our Return Policy.
